What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you’ll lead a crew of 3-6 team members to complete outdoor construction projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily construction operations on site
  • Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and project layouts
  • Delegating tasks and monitoring crew performance
  • Coordinating with Project Manager on scheduling and material needs
  • Ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety
  • Operating and maintaining construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.)
  • Tracking job progress and documenting work with our app-based system




What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years as a Landscape Construction Foreman or similar leadership role
  • Skills: Ability to read plans, install irrigation, install steel edging, and basic welding techniques
  • Equipment Operation: Comfortable using skid steers, mini-excavators, and power tools
  • Leadership: Strong ability to train and manage a crew
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
  • Credentials: Valid driver’s license, clean criminal record, E-Verify compliant
  • Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
