Job Description:

Arcadia Landscape is seeking a Account Manager to supervise the maintenance division accounts. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor / Account Manager is responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance crews, managing residential and commercial accounts, ensuring quality control, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position requires leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

For nearly 40 years, Arcadia Landscape has supported clients across Tucson with dependable service and knowledgeable field professionals. This role is a key part of maintaining plant health and property appearance across our accounts.

What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews and daily operations
• Manage residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Schedule crews, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed efficiently
• Conduct property inspections and maintain quality control standards
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding service needs and concerns
• Train and mentor crew members on proper landscape maintenance procedures and safety practices
• Monitor irrigation systems, plant health, turf care, pruning, and general landscape maintenance
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and recommending additional services when needed
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and operated safely
What You Bring:

• Clean, valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks related to landscape operations when necessary • 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance management (residential and commercial)
• Strong knowledge of all phases of landscape maintenance
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred
• Estimating experience is helpful
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay:

• Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year depending on supervisory experience
• Take-Home Vehicle provided
• Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience
