Palmer’s Lawn Care Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will supervise a landscape crew and ensure the efficient, high-quality completion of landscape installation, renovation, and maintenance projects.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating a team while maintaining company standards and producing professional results.
We are a professional landscaping company equipped with modern, well-maintained equipment—including a mulch blower—allowing crews to work efficiently and focus on quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a landscape crew
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Lead and participate in landscape renovations, installations, trimming, planting, mulching, and general maintenance
  • Oversee landscape projects from start to completion
  • Train crew members on proper techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs or improvements
  • Manage equipment usage, inventory, and report repair needs
  • Communicate with management regarding job progress, scheduling, and performance
  • Safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscaping equipment
Required Qualifications
