Build a Six-Figure Career
At Landmark Homes, this isn't a "sit in the model and wait" role. This is a performance-driven sales position where your effort, discipline, and ability to move buyers to action directly determine your income. We provide the product, marketing, and system. 

You own the outcome.


Your Key Responsibilities Include 

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals.

Manage and actively seek customer traffic, referrals, and other means to generate new traffic.

Guide buyers through the Landmark home buying journey from first interaction to closing.

Guide prospective buyers through model homes and community tours with the intent to drive confident purchase decisions.

Maintain full ownership of your CRM pipeline, ensuring every lead is tracked, followed up, and advance.

Confidently present pricing and Landmarks' value proposition.

Basic Requirements

New Home sales experience preferred, but not required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.

Comfort using CRM systems, email, and basic technology.

Ability to manage multiple buyers and priorities at once.


What We Offer

Commission-based compensation at 1.5% per home sale with uncapped earning potential.

Successful on-site NHS can expect a six-figure salary range from $100k -$175k per year. 

401(k) with company match.

Time Off & Flexibility

Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and flex days.

40 hours of annual flex leave (front-loaded, prorated in first year).

Company holidays plus office closure the last week of the year.
