Land Use Attorney – Boston, MA – Hybrid Remote - $150k - $225k

Job duties:


Work hybrid remote.


  • Advise developers, property owners, municipalities, and businesses on zoning, land use, permitting, subdivision control, wetlands, and environmental matters.
  • Represent clients before planning boards, zoning boards of appeal, conservation commissions, and state regulatory agencies.
  • Draft and negotiate permit applications, development agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, and related real estate documents.
  • Handle administrative appeals and litigation involving zoning, permitting, and land use disputes.
