Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • 5-12 years of experience in real estate law, preferably with a knowledge of Condominium transactions
  • Strong understanding of condominium governance, property transactions, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
