Job description

Land use attorney sought by Rutan & Tucker, LLP, one of California's largest full-service law firms with a successful and expanding land use practice. Applicants should have 3-7 years ofexperience representing clients in litigation, entitlements, and/or transactional issues related to land use, and be a California-admitted attorney from a comparable firm and a top law school with solid grades.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely in a collaborative, low ego environment with our highly experienced team of land use attorneys and paraprofessionals, representing a diverse group of reputable and well-established clients, including national real estate investment trusts, private developers (both large and small), advocacy groups, and government entities. This position will provide an excellent opportunity for responsibility, learning and career growth, including a realistic prospect of partnership, and consideration for flexible work location arrangements (e.g., working remotely part-time).
