Laminator Operator (3rd Shift)

Location: Porter, IN

Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM



Position Overview

A leading manufacturer in the graphics and print industry is seeking an experienced Laminator Operator to join its 3rd shift production team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining laminating equipment to produce high-quality finished products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to production specifications.

The ideal candidate will have previous laminating experience in a manufacturing, printing, packaging, or graphics environment and possess a strong attention to detail.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor laminating equipment according to production specifications.
  • Review work orders and production schedules to ensure accurate job setup.
  • Inspect materials before, during, and after production to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
  • Monitor product quality, identifying and correcting issues as they arise.
  • Accurately complete production documentation and quality records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members regarding production status and issues.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating laminating equipment required.
