Job description

Our Duluth office is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Machine Operator for our Engraving Solutions business, which includes our Brady and Gravotech brands. This individual will be responsible for the day to day operation of specialized lamination and hot stamping equipment. This individual will be responsible for the setup, operation, and upkeep of the equipment and ensuring the product meets the company's quality standards.

This is an onsite role at our office located in Duluth, GA. This second shift position is scheduled to work from 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday.

  • Manage the daily operation and routine upkeep of hot stamping and lamination machinery.
  • Prepare and adjust equipment according to specific material specifications and job requirements.
  • Deliver high quality finished products that meet company standards while achieving target outputs targets and minimizing waste.
  • Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing data, verifying facts, and formulating logical solutions.
  • Record essential data in the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) system and complete all required documentation.
  • Select appropriate raw materials to fulfill production orders and generate finished goods.
  • Follow all safety protocols and machine operating procedures during all tasks.
