Fond du Lac Regional Clinic (FDLRC) is a 110 physician multispecialty group serving east central Wisconsin as part of SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its Fond du Lac Clinic. FDLRC is a physician-owned & governed multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

The Opportunity:

• Multi-specialty clinic serving the greater Fond du Lac, Wisconsin region affiliated with SSM Health

• Fulltime position with opportunity for 4-day work week

• Take over well established practice from retiring physician

• Supportive and tight knit team ready to welcome a new physician with open arms

• Reasonable phone-only call rotation with after-hours nurse triage

• The practice employs the talents of a full complement of support staff

Compensation:

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits to include:

• Start with a guaranteed salary with eligibility for a production-based bonus with additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership

At our Fond du Lac, WI facility, physicians are employed by the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, an independent yet closely affiliated group, while advanced practice providers (APPs) are directly employed by SSM Health, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
