Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while making a tangible impact on the lives of those we serve. Your work schedule will generally be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential evening shifts depending on patient needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments for individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their unique goals and needs.
  • Create customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for each patient.
  • Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing motivational interviewing techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other relevant modalities to facilitate patient engagement.
  • Lead group therapy sessions focusing on various aspects of addiction recovery, encouraging patient interaction and support amongst peers.

Qualifications

  • Possession of current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
  • In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery models, including familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment is highly valued.
