• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs thoroughly and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to meet HIPAA standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and effective care.
• Engage clients and their families through education about mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and available community resources, promoting a greater understanding and recovery.
• Stay updated on current research, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health to enhance service delivery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Ability to effectively apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate trust and rapport with clients.
