Location: Plano, Texas
Salary Range: $20.99 - $27.54 per hour, based on experience.
Relocation: $3,000
Job Summary: The Medical Laboratory Technician performs testing procedures and utilizes laboratory equipment effectively to ensure high-quality patient care. This position is also responsible for performing and evaluating the Quality Control per Lab policy and procedure and assisting with laboratory training programs.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform testing procedures and utilize laboratory equipment effectively.
  • Perform and evaluate Quality Control per Lab policy and procedure.
  • Assist with laboratory training programs.
  • Attend work regularly and be punctual.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Comply with established laboratory procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree
  • NCA, ASCP, HEW, or AMT certification.
  • 1 year of general lab or equivalent clinical laboratory training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, interact, and communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
