What You'll Bring
  • A background in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in laboratory, manufacturing, or quality-focused environments.
  • The ability to lead, influence, and develop others while building strong working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, laboratory testing methods, and data-driven decision-making.
