We’re growing fast and looking for a dedicated Lead Power/Soft Washing Technician who wants to grow with us long-term.
Job Overview:
This is a full-time position with a busy summer schedule and a lighter winter workload. You’ll be responsible for performing exterior cleaning services including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, and surface restoration. We offer consistent pay, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to earn more based on performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate pressure and soft washing equipment safely and effectively
  • Clean surfaces such as siding, roofs, driveways, decks, and fences
  • Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to project needs
  • Load/unload equipment and prepare job sites
  • Communicate with team and customers professionally
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends, as scheduled
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in exterior cleaning mandatory
  • Knowledge of motors and pumps is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and respectful of client properties
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
