Premier Midwest Beer & Beverage is seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver Helper to join our team. This role supports daily delivery operations by breaking down, organizing, and putting away delivered product at retail accounts. The Driver Helper also ensures shelves and displays are properly stocked, rotated, and merchandised while providing excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Driver's License

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
  • Transfers product by hand from pallet to cart in order to move from back-stock to retail shelf for purchase using first-in first-out product rotation.
  • Builds product displays emphasizing salable features; restocks display each visit.
  • Fill all coolers, standalone coolers, and warm shelves with product.
  • Drive and/or operate Company equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times.
  • Organize back stock in order to condense product and keep area clean.
  • Prepare damaged and outdated product for pick-up.
  • Place proper point-of-sale materials on main shelf, displays, coolers, and standalone coolers.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with account contacts.
  • Resolves customer problems with rotation and inventory; may occasionally deliver product to retail accounts; Collect money for delivered product.
  • Assure quality control standards are met by ensuring proper rotation from delivery to point of purchase.
  • Assist co-workers as needed.
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform activities requiring prolonged periods of lifting, standing, and carrying
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. at a time
  • Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor due to heavy lifting requirements

This role requires regular, ongoing in-office presence. Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management."
