Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
  • Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
  • 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on class actions
  • Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
    • Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL matters
    • Wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issues
    • Products liability and consumer fraud disputes
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues
