Position Summary

The Associate Administrator is a post-graduate leadership development position designed to provide exposure to all facets of healthcare operations and executive leadership. The Associate Administrator partners with senior leaders to support strategic initiatives, operational improvement projects, organizational planning efforts, and system-level priorities. Through rotational assignments, project leadership, executive mentoring, and participation in leadership meetings, the Associate Administrator develops the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for future healthcare leadership roles.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or related field.
  • Degree completed within the past 24 months or expected prior to start date.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, or community activities.

Preferred Qualifications
