Job description

Rize Home is seeking a motivated candidate to fill our Machine Operator opening. The ideal candidate for this role will have a positive, energetic approach to working in a fast-paced, team environment. This role is responsible for the completion of finished good assemblies, painting of the components and assemblies, and packing the product for our customers
**All Ohio Warehouse and Production employees must be part of Teamsters Local Union 507 30 days after hire date.**​

As a Machine Operator, Here’s What You’ll Do:
  • Assembly of steel components.
  • Loading of components and assemblies onto paint line
  • Unloading of paint line.
  • Final assembly of product.
  • Packing and labeling of product.
  • Complete quality checks on product being produced.
  • Identify operational problems and ask for assistance.
  • Performance all duties with safety and sanitation in mind; following all SOP guidelines and work instructions.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous production experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • An eagerness to work and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrive in a cross-functional, team environment
  • Follow applicable housekeeping and safety procedures

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
