**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Job Summary:** WSL Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling of products in our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.
- Load and unload items from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, utilizing a supported inventory management system.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
- Perform regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
