Your responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor labeler, overlidders, outserters, and case/tray packaging machines 
  • Complete machine change-overs 
  • Change and clean filler heads 
  • Maintain adequate supply of materials 
  • Troubleshoot Machinery 
  • Perform clean-ups for product change-overs 
  • Perform preventative maintenance 
  • Complete paperwork and computer inventory transactions 
  • Use independent judgement and work well on a team 
  • Assist in filler room with cleans
  • Follow 5s and 3r in the work area
The experience we're looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Being self-motivated is a plus 
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus 
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus 
  • Previous experience operating a labeler or casepacker machine is a plus

US salary ranges

Starting pay $22/hour

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
