To thrive as a Label Specialist, you need a strong understanding of labeling regulations, attention to detail, and experience with packaging or product compliance, often supported by relevant industry knowledge or a background in quality assurance. Familiarity with labeling software, regulatory databases, and sometimes certifications like HACCP or GMP are typically required.
