Lab Technologists, also known as Medical Laboratory Technologists or Clinical Laboratory Scientists, are professionals who perform complex tests on patient samples like blood, urine, and tissue to help diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases. They operate sophisticated laboratory equipment, analyze results, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test data. Lab Technologists often collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide critical information for patient care. Their work is essential in hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and research facilities.
