Job description

Job Title: Lab Tech
Location: Bath, PA
Type: Contract To Hire
Pay: $32.86
Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm and 10:00am-6:00pm (rotating weekly)
Overview:
This is an onsiteindustrial lab position supporting raw material and routine production-related testing. The lab environment is high-throughput, and the team is small (<6 people), so collaboration and strong lab fundamentals are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic wet chemistry tests on raw materials in an industrial laboratory
  • Testing includes viscosity, specific gravity, titrations, etc.
  • Perform routine analytical testing in a high-throughput environment

Requirements:
  • Science degree, associate or bachelor
  • Academic or industry experience with Wet Chemistry lab techniques and lab practices
  • Able to wear all required MSHA safety equipment
  • Good eyesight with the ability to distinguish colors
  • Proper wear and use of respirator, as needed
