Job description

I'm hiring for a Laboratory Supervisor in Hawaii! There is potential for sign-on bonus.

The Laboratory Supervisor supervises employees and operations for the department; ensures operations meet regulatory requirements; partners with the manager in hiring, developing and coaching employees; with department Manager, directs supervisory team and the overall operations of the department in support of the company and department mission, vision, shared values and strategic goals; provides leadership by planning, organizing and directing operational activities to ensure service levels meet the needs of the clients and patients; and positively represents the department, management and the company.

Location: Near Honolulu, HI
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; ASCP certification; HI license; prior experience, including leadership
Pay: 83k-102k/yr
Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
