At Ireland Animal Clinic, we pride ourselves on offering comprehensive veterinary services and compassionate pet care to the South Bend community. As a Veterinary Technician with us, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners every day.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide small animal care and support to veterinarians
  • Monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
  • Implement Fear Free techniques to reduce stress in patients
  • Assist with preventive care treatments
  • Perform IV catheterization and sample collection

Required Skills:

  • Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician
  • Experience with anesthesia, catheterization, and ultrasound
  • Ability to perform dental prophylaxis and administer medications
  • Strong lab experience, including venipuncture and X-rays
