Pay Range:

$31.52 - $52.00

Effective oral and written communication skills with laboratory manager and other laboratory personnel.

Electronic communication skills.Effective interpersonal skills. Effective organizational and managerial skills.

Knowledge of current regulatory requirements for NYSDOH and The Joint Commission.

Assess ongoing compliance monitoring within the requirements of the laboratory's quality management system.

High School Diploma.

Progressive laboratory experience: phlebotomy, registration & specimen processing experience required.

Experience with Mobilab & MEDITECH required.

At least 5 years as a phlebotomist and 5 years of experience as a phlebotomy supervisor or supervisory role required.

National certification preferred.
