Responsibilities

Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.

Explain procedures to patients and ensure a comfortable, safe environment during specimen collection.

Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling patient information.

Maintain required records and documentation related to specimen collection and processing.

Perform specimen collection duties confidently in both clinical and forensic settings.

Work under the direction of the area supervisor to perform daily activities accurately and on time.
