EP Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Contract Type: Travel
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 Days (7:00am–7:30pm)
Pay: $2,836.80/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced EP Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a cardiac electrophysiology lab setting. This role focuses on monitoring and circulating EP procedures, preparing cases, and supporting efficient daily lab operations. The RN ensures proper pre-procedure orders and medication requirements are met and helps maintain smooth room turnover. This is an auto-offer position with no floating required. Travelers must meet distance requirements and submit all required credentials with submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and circulate electrophysiology (EP) procedures
  • Review upcoming cases for correct pre-procedure orders and medication needs
  • Prepare procedure rooms and support efficient workflow
  • Oversee room turnover between cases
  • Coordinate with providers and procedural staff during EP cases
  • Maintain patient safety and procedural standards
  • Document care and procedure details in EMR and hemodynamic systems
  • Follow all clinical and lab safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Active RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of EP Lab or related cardiac procedural experience
  • ACLS certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • PALS certification required
  • Experience with EP procedures, monitoring, and circulating required
  • Experience with Cerner and hemodynamic charting systems preferred
  • Must submit license and certifications with application
  • Must meet travel distance requirement (non-local traveler)
