Job description

Lab Operations & Materials Coordinator

We are seeking two detail-oriented Lab Operations & Materials Coordinators for an innovative, globally recognized pharmaceutical leader. This is a temporary contract position based onsite in the Brownsburg, Indiana area.

Available Shift Schedules (10-Hour Days):

  • Shift 1: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Shift 2: Thursday – Sunday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What We Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or a two-year associate degree.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with SAP data entry or equivalent enterprise tracking databases is highly preferred.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional organization, high attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety Requirement: Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toe shoes.

What You Will Do:

  • Sample Preparation: Create, handle, and prepare component samples meticulously for laboratory and compliance testing.
  • Data & SAP Administration: Maintain flawless documentation, verify sampling execution, and manage technical data entry into SAP to support incoming material receipts.
  • Operational Alignment: Execute all tracking requests in a rapid, timely manner to prevent bottlenecks in the supply chain and manufacturing pipeline.
