Microbiology / Molecular Laboratory Supervisor โ€“ Full Time

Pawtucket, RI

We are seeking a Microbiology / Molecular Laboratory Supervisor for a full-time leadership role in a clinical laboratory setting.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, day shift
  • Schedule may vary based on lab needs

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the Microbiology and Molecular departments
  • Oversee quality control, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely test reporting
  • Train, mentor, and support laboratory staff
  • Assist with workflow optimization and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Medical Technology, MLS, or related field
  • ASCP certification preferred
  • Strong experience in Microbiology and/or Molecular Diagnostics required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
