Responsibilities

  • Provide perioperative care to catheterization lab patients, ensuring safety throughout procedures.

  • Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure and report changes promptly.

  • Assist physicians and team with sterile technique and equipment setup.

  • Achieve target metrics related to procedure throughput, patient satisfaction, and accuracy.

  • Maintain readiness for emergencies with prompt response and adherence to protocols.

  • Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and privacy regulations at all times.

  • Document procedures, interventions, and patient responses accurately in medical records.

  • Demonstrate continuous learning and pursue professional development opportunities.

  • Utilize clinical pipelines and dashboards to forecast patient flow and workload.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan patient care and discharge logistics.

Experience/Qualifications
