What are we looking for?

The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching field technicians to projects daily as well as additional administrative tasks, typing daily reports. This position will travel at least 5% of the time. 

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $25-$30 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:

    Work directly with subcontractors to coordinate and schedule inspections
    Track field and lab supplies inventory and place orders
    Answer and direct client calls to appropriate staff
    Assist with Company Fleet Vehicle maintenance scheduling and inventory
    Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software
    Follow up with clients regarding scheduling requests and reporting
    Perform various general lab and field administrative support duties
    Research a wide variety of information requests
    May assist with updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
    Two years of dispatching or administrative experience is preferred
    Experience is Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
    Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
    Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames
 

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

    Dispatching experience in the Construction Materials Testing industry is preferred
