This opportunity is full-time during first shift.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform a vital part of the patient care process by coordinating courier routes, scheduling specimen pickups, and making sure that CPL clients have the necessary supplies to submit samples to the lab for testing.
  • Handle incoming calls and prioritize tasks.
  • Interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All you need is:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
  • Physical capability of regular standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50lbs).

Bonus points if you've got:

  • Associate's degree.
  • 1 year of experience in a logistics or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
