Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 9-hour variable day shifts, 4 days per week (72 hours biweekly)
• Shift times: 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM
• On-call 1-2 nights per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM with 30-minute response time
• On-call every 5th-6th weekend Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM
• Holiday rotation as needed (1 holiday)
• Float within Cath Lab only
• 8-hour unbillable orientation required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required with emphasis on high-risk cases
• Must be comfortable being the primary person on cases
• Required certifications: RCIS (preferred) or CVT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS
• Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Scrub with physicians during procedures
• Strong experience with structural cases (TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman) required
• Experience with high-risk PCI procedures and Impella required
• Work in 4-person teams with RNs and techs supporting 3 Interventional Cardiologists
• Surgical scrubs provided by hospital
• Team interview with manager required
