Job Specifics:
  • Location: 1630 Commanche Ave, Green Bay, WI 54313
  • FTE Status: Full-Time 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week)
  • Work Schedule: 7:00am-8:00 pm variable, 1 of every 5 weekend

Job Description:
Responsible for performing lab tests, maintaining a safe environment, operating and maintaining lab equipment, collecting and processing specimens, serving as a reference and resource for lab customers. Sets and maintains standards of practice in a lab setting. Performs clerical duties as necessary.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in medical technology, chemistry, physical, or biological science required. Completion of Medical Laboratory Specialist training through the United States Military may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • American Society Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) registered or American Medical Technologists (AMT) certification required within one year of hire. If military trained, current ASCP certification required upon hire.
  • One year of experience in healthcare laboratory preferred.
