Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The role is responsible for repairing and maintaining any equipment or processes in the facility.
This position works Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm- 6:30 am
JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions
  • Performs all preventative and reactive maintenance on lab equipment and building, including complex electronic and mechanical equipment.
  • Maintains all maintenance-related software programs such as PM logs, material acquisition logs, etc.
  • Communicates with various Help Desks (foreign and domestic) to fix various machines.
  • Fabricates systems and machines to make production easier and of better quality.
  • Trains new Maintenance associates and Production associates according to direction from the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Communicates and interfaces with Production associates and Production leadership to optimize the interaction between departments.
  • Follows all safety rules and protocols rigorously.

Qualifications
Education Level
High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
Work Experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of complex equipment (Electromechanical and CNC-type equipment).

Additional Skills - Includes Computer/Software Skills
Description
  • Must be able to read and write in English. Required
  • Ability to read and interpret both American and European electrical and electronic diagramming and schematics. Required
  • PLC programming a plus.
