Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The role is responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment and processes in the facility.
This position works Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm- 6:30 am
JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions
  • Performs preventative and reactive maintenance on lab equipment and building systems, including complex electronic and mechanical equipment.
  • Maintains all maintenance-related software programs such as PM logs and material acquisition records.
  • Communicates with Help Desks and Production teams to diagnose equipment issues and optimize departmental coordination.
  • Fabricates systems and machines to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Trains new Maintenance and Production associates and ensures adherence to all safety rules and protocols.

Qualifications
**Education Level**
High School Diploma or equivalent. **Required**
**Work Experience**
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment, including electromechanical and CNC-type systems. **Required**

**Additional Skills - Includes Computer/Software Skills**
**Required Qualifications:**
  • English fluency in both reading and writing. Proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential for effective collaboration with team members and accurate documentation of maintenance activities. **Required**
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics in both American and European formats. **Required**

**Preferred Qualifications:**
  • PLC programming experience
