About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Operations Administrator to support daily quality and laboratory operations within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who enjoys administrative coordination, documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, organizing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities across laboratory and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Manage purchase orders and track lab supplies, equipment, and services

Coordinate vendor visits for preventative maintenance and calibrations

Ensure timely receipt and processing of orders
Training & Compliance Support

Schedule and coordinate training sessions

Maintain accurate and audit-ready training records

Track completion and follow up on outstanding training requirements
GLP Study & Documentation Support

Maintain study binders and ensure document accuracy and version control

Support raw data verification and quality checks

Inventory Management

Experience with document control systems (e.g., MasterControl, Agile, Windchill)
