Your Role

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy via our secure telehealth platform

  • Conduct comprehensive intakes and develop personalized treatment plans

  • Integrate clients' values, faith, and spirituality when clinically appropriate and requested

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes

  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation



Requirements

We're Looking For

Required:

  • Active, independent license in BOTH New York & New Jersey (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC)

  • Insurance credentialing completed or willingness to credential with major providers

  • Telehealth experience or eagerness to learn

  • Cultural competency and respect for diverse backgrounds

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with faith-informed or Christian counseling approaches

  • Spanish fluency (huge need in our communities!)

  • Experience with diverse populations and insurance-based care

  • Specializations in couples, family, or child/adolescent therapy
