Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC to provide remote therapy services to clients across Virginia. In this telehealth role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling for individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs.
This position is a strong fit for an LPC who enjoys meaningful clinical work, clear communication, and the ability to support clients from a structured remote setting.
Position Details
Location: Virginia
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Develop treatment plans based on client goals, symptoms, and presenting concerns
  • Use evidence-based counseling methods appropriate to each client's needs
  • Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when appropriate
  • Offer support for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship challenges

Requirements
