Work Environment

The work environment at Life Balance Counseling is designed to promote creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. Operating remotely allows our counselors the flexibility to balance their personal and professional lives while still making a meaningful contribution to our community. The position includes a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends required to meet client needs and accommodate appointment schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and develop a strong therapeutic rapport.

  • Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each client’s specific goals and therapeutic objectives.

  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, group therapy, and couples counseling utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

  • Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring effective treatment continuity.

  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance your practice.

Your role as an LPC will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
