• Provide individualized counseling services to clients, focusing on empowerment and growth.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize HIPAA-compliant platforms to conduct secure telehealth sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and trust.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions aimed at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Implement comprehensive treatment programs for clients experiencing mental health issues, trauma, or dual diagnoses.
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records that comply with insurance regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless operations, allowing you to focus on client engagement.

Your clients will vary in age and background, reflecting diverse mental health needs. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of supervised experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in assessment and treatment.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology, including a reliable laptop/desktop, webcam, and internet connection.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to accommodate clients' needs by providing flexibility in your schedule, which may include evenings or weekends.

• Previous work in a remote counseling capacity, demonstrating adaptability in virtual client engagement.
• Experience working with diverse populations and various therapeutic approaches.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with insurance coding for mental health services.
