Job description

Agent Support Associate

This personal will be responsible for supporting Life Agent Success Manager and Marketer with sales and revenue for their specific assigned agents/agencies. In this role he/she will track and manage to weekly KPI's including phone times, new agent follow up, activation rates and number of contracted agents specifically set for them.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the Agent Success Manager and Marketer in driving agent performance and sales growth.
  • Assist agents with life illustrations, basic underwriting, and case design as needed.
  • Coordinate agent contracting and commission communications within the office.
  • Conduct outbound calls to agents to promote marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Communicate with carriers to obtain product details, underwriting guidance, and sales support.
  • Deliver marketing and sales support to agents and agencies to enhance their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agencies for long-term growth.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of supported carriers and products to effectively educate agents.
  • Contribute input on new products and sales processes to improve business operations.
  • Achieve weekly KPIs, collaborate with team members and departments, and pursue ongoing industry education.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
  • High School degree or GED
  • 0-2 years of sales experience or other related experience
  • Previous Insurance or financial experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, including handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Organized multitasker, able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting sales and training materials to large groups in person, by phone, or via online platforms, and able to collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently.
