Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Kronos modules and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead functional implementation and support of Kronos (UKG) Workforce Management modules
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance
  • Configure Kronos modules including Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Central (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance)
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and operations teams to ensure accurate workforce processes
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), prepare test scripts, and validate results
  • Provide functional support for integrations with payroll and other HR systems
  • Deliver user training and create functional documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and organizational standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor''s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Kronos / UKG Workforce Management
  • Hands-on experience with Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance modules
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes and labor compliance
  • Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions or Workforce Central implementations
