Ultimately, the Assistant Store Manager will help maintain the store's reputation and ensure that it operates efficiently and profitably.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
