What are the typical challenges faced by a KPMG Audit Associate during busy season, and how can they be managed?

KPMG Audit Associates often experience increased workloads and tight deadlines during the busy season, which typically runs from January to April. Managing client expectations, handling multiple engagements simultaneously, and maintaining attention to detail under time pressure can be challenging.
