Responsibilities

As a Marketing Analytics & Operations Intern, you will support the Marketing Operations team by managing, analyzing, and transforming marketing data into meaningful insights that support business and sales decisions. This role is highly analytical and data-focused, with strong exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation, and B2B marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Data Upload & Management: Collect and upload event and campaigngenerated leads into the Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • CRM Synchronization: Ensure proper data synchronization between HubSpot and the CRM system (Salesforce), monitoring duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies, and supporting corrective actions.
  • Data Quality & Compliance: Maintain lead database hygiene through regular audits and data cleansing, while supporting compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and consent tracking.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales teams to report on lead uploads, troubleshoot issues, and support efficient lead management workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline or improve lead upload and data management processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in working with data, metrics, and performance analysis (exposure to SQL, Python or similar tools is a plus but not required).
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, marketing operations, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Korean language skills are not required but are considered a plus
