What are Korean Fried Chicken chefs?

Korean Fried Chicken chefs are culinary professionals who specialize in preparing and cooking Korean-style fried chicken. This popular dish is known for its crispy, double-fried coating and a variety of flavorful sauces, such as sweet and spicy gochujang or soy garlic. Chefs in this role typically handle the marinating, frying, and saucing processes, ensuring each piece is cooked to perfection. They often work in Korean restaurants or specialty fried chicken establishments, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
