Bilingual Intake Specialist (English / Korean Required) (REMOTE available)


Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time or part-time Intake Specialist to join our team! You will handle inbound leads, qualify and schedule consultations, conduct follow-ups, and support the client retention process โ€” all while maintaining accurate records and following established internal procedures.ย 

You will work closely with the Intake Lead and attorneys in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. We'll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!ย 

Compensation:

$18 - $23 Hourly DOE


Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and web form โ€” qualify, log, and follow up promptlyย 
  • Schedule consultations between prospective clients and attorneysย 
  • Conduct post-consultation follow-up calls to support the client retention processย 
  • Enter and maintain accurate lead records in the firm's CRM system (training provided)ย 
  • Tag and document all calls and update lead status after each interactionย 
  • Organize and save consultation notes; share with the legal team when a case is openedย 
  • Ensure all client communication is documented in writing through the appropriate channelsย 
  • Follow internal intake procedures consistently and check in when something is unclearย 

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Korean โ€” both written and spokenย 
  • Customer service or client-facing experience (retail, sales, hospitality, or similar)ย 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oralย ย 
  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of personnel within the organization and external clientsย 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes accuratelyย 
  • Organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at onceย 
  • Reliable and accountable โ€” takes ownership and follows throughย 
  • Comfortable following established procedures and asking questions before acting independentlyย 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word); experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus
