Description
Gordon Feinblatt is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The primary focus of this position is the settlement and litigation of personal injury claims.
We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong leadership, negotiation, and client service skills who can effectively manage a high-volume of personal injury litigation and claims cases.
Responsibilities
  • Independently negotiate personal injuries claims and assist paralegals with all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury claims.
  • Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
  • Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar. Bar admissions in Virgina, DC and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually (The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
